Great post & customer service
Bought this in the hope it will stop my cat scratching my wallpaper in the lounge! It’s huge and very sturdy so she can stretch fully out and climb up it too. So far so good! A friend has suggested spraying with catnip spray to further encourage her to go to the post rather than anywhere else, so will give that a go. Had a bit of bother as was initially sent a wrong part, but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently and a new one dispatched straight away so 5* for customer service. These are great quality posts and should last a long time. I have another one which I’ve had for years and has been well scratched. One suggestion would be that it would be nice if you could purchase separate parts to replace the scratched up piece only - on my other post there’s nothing wrong with the base or top perch so it seems a shame to replace the whole thing, especially as they are quite expensive. Also, I like the two tone sisal, which I haven’t seen elsewhere. In the interest of reducing waste, maybe this could be considered?

The Rolls Royce of Scratching Posts
This is a fantastic scratching post, well worth the money, as it is very well built, with clearly superior materials. Freddie our rag-doll cat loves it and is already trying to climb up to the top. Weve already got the smaller version and it has stood the test of time very well. If youve got a larger breed cat like ours, you wont have to worry about this getting knocked over or broken it is very sturdy indeed !

Extra Tall cat scratching post
My cats love this, they can really stretch out on it because it is so much taller than the usual ones, climb and balance on the top of it. Great buy
