The Cool Pad will maintain a slightly lower temperature than the surrounding temperature for up to 2 hours of constant use. It automatically recharges itself as your pet moves. Great product that was in use within minutes of being delivered!
Very pleased with this purchase to keep my double coated fawn Pug cool on hot days. Planning to purchase a second one to have in the car carrier.

Cool pad
In theory the cool pad is a great idea. It does feel cool. However upon its first try out in the car our Utonagon who was in the back chewed a corner so the cooling liquid went everywhere. I might add our dog is 56 kilos. It was an expensive product which was not strong enough to withstand a chewer!

Thank you for your review Linda. We've made our Cool Mat as chew and claw resistant as possible; however, this is not indestructible. We can confirm that the internal gel is non-toxic and not harmful to our pets. We always advise that our companions are supervised when using gel-based cool mats and hope this helps with your enquiry.

Great product my Lab loves it!
I have been using this product for a couple of years now. I have 2 large mats one for a bichon frise and one for my Lab. They lay on it most of the time and it really keeps them cool.
