Last a while.
I bought this for my pup when he was 6 months old and he's almost 2yrs now and we are only just replacing it as he has outgrown it. I don't know about the breaking issue that have been reported as we walk him on a harness. He's a working cocker, so he's very energetic and strong so its last well considering how active he is.
