Fantastic customer service
My Springer, Fynn had a G&S Glow collar for about 2 years and I managed to break the catch - Yeep, me and not Fynn! I ordered a new one from the great website and mistakenly ordered one that was too small. I contacted G&S by email and explained the situation and asked if I could return the one that was too small and got a lovely reply back to say they would send me one that was correct. 24 hours later, on a Sunday it was here and now proudly worn by Fynn, who is chuffed!
